FAQs
How can I save my ReliOn Life readings history or transfer them from ReliOn Life to another app?
- When you sync your ReliOn Premier BLU meter with the glooko app for the first time, the app will upload any readings from the meter memory that are not in the glooko app. Since the meter memory holds the most recent 1,000 blood sugar readings, you will be able to capture the last 1,000 readings in your meter.
- Glooko is also integrated with Apple Health. If you have blood glucose reading history in Apple Health, you can upload it to Glooko.
- Through March 31, 2024 you can also log into the PC desktop web portal (https://portal.arkcareadvance.com/) with your username and password from ReliOn Life. Once logged in, you can navigate to the Logbook Tab where the portal allows filtering to get the desired reading data information. In the Log Details section, you have the option to open the filtered results in a separate browser tab where you can look at them in full in a table view, and if desired, right click to save them locally or print them.

How can I save my ReliOn Life readings history or transfer them from ReliOn Life to another app?
- If you are using an Apple device, you can sync your ReliOn Life data with the Apple Health app, then you can import the same data from Apple Health to the Health2Sync app.
